Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return if opened, used, or damaged after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
